Attacker of Abhishek Banerjee shifted to Kolkata hospital

A man, who slapped Mamata Banerjee's nephew and TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee, was on Thursday shifted to SSKM Hospital in Kolkata. 

Debasish Acharya was admitted to Tamluk Hospital after being thrashed by Trinamool Congress workers during a rally last Sunday in East Midnapore district's Chandipur. SSKM director Pradip Mitra said he was admitted to the rheumatology department and his medical tests would be done tomorrow. "He is suffering from multiple injuries on his body," he told reporters.
