As part of preparations for the Lok Sabha polls in the state, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has made a strategy to strengthen its presence at booth level in state.

Giving a formal start to LS poll preparations, AAP leaders told the workers at the state conference held at Radha Vallabh garden near Shaheed Smarak on Sunday to set up a team of ten persons at every booth.

State convenor Ashok Jain and AAP leaders Pankaj Gupta and Gopal Rai addressed the workers.

The leaders termed the success of AAP in Delhi as the common man’s victory and asked workers to prepare for the LS elections.

The workers were told that the code of conduct will be in force in March and thus workers should create teams by January. A team of minimum 10 members should be formed at every booth, Jain told workers. In order to increase the number of party members, he also told workers to inspire as many people as they can to join the party. Similar to Delhi where AAP raised the corruption issue, the AAP leaders told the workers to vociferously raise corruption issue in Jaipur as well.
