Deadpool 2 is about to hit theatres on May 18 but the talks of Deadpool 3 are already making rounds and Ryan Reynolds is happily addressing them.

Reynolds told Entertainment Weekly that he doesn't know if there will be Deadpool 3, but if there is, he would like the team to explore uncharted territories like becoming an indie Sundance Festival kind of movie. When asked if Deadpool 3 will be anything like Oscar-nominated movie Call Me By Your Name, Reynolds said, "I wouldn’t suggest for a second that our writing would be at that level, but I do think that we could go to a lot of very unexpected places."

Actor-producer also thinks that a lot will have to be taken away from Deadpool to keep functioning like he does now.

"I feel like the character, in order for him to function properly within his own universe, you need to take everything away from him. I don’t think that you can keep doing that. I do see him as being a part of X-Force, obviously. I would love to see him in a team-up sort of thing, like a mano a mano or a great female character from the X-Men universe. I just think if you’re going to do another Deadpool solo film, you’ve got to really, like, get that budget down to nothing and just swing for the fences, and break all kinds of weird barriers, and do stuff that no one else can do," he told the magazine.

Deadpool is definitely part of Drew Goddard's X-Force movie. But for a solo outing, something extraordinary has to happen for Reynolds to take it up.
