Saturday marks legendary singer Freddie Mercury's 74th birth anniversary. He was the lead vocalist in British Band 'Queen', which went on to achieve superstardom.
On the day, he has been trending on Twitter across nations like India, Australia, US and others. Fans from all across got emotional remembering the legend on his day.

Freddie Mercury came back in news after the movie 'Bohemian Rhapsody' released. The film hit theatres in 2018. Directed by Bryan Singer, Rami Malek played the role of Freddie Mercury in the feature film.
Rumi was widely appreciated for his role, so much that he won an Academy Award (Oscar) for it. The film also featured Gwilym Lee as Brian May, Ben Hardy as Roger Taylor, Joseph Maazeello as John Deacon, Roger Meddows as Taylor, and Lucy Boyton as Mary Austin.
Freddie Mercury was born as Farrukh Bulsara in Tanzania on September 5, 1946. He died on November 24, 1991, after being detected with AIDS. His official cause of death was bronchial pneumonia resulting from AIDS.
