A teenage girl from Canada can rotate her leg 180 degrees after undergoing a lifesaving cancer operation.

In a video uploaded on YouTube, Jen O’Shea documents the reactions of pals, family and classmates to her new trick.

The video clip is part of a video appeal to Ellen DeGeneres, who asked her talk show viewers to send her their hidden talents as part of a contest.

“Only for you Ellen would I show everyone just how weird I really am. Prior to you announcing this contest, less than a dozen people knew / had seen me do this. My how that has changed!” the New York Daily News quoted O’Shea wrote.

O’Shea was suffering from Ewing’s Sarcoma, a bone cancer, and a portion of her pelvic bone was removed in a procedure called a hemipelvectomy, of which the incredible flexibility is a side effect.
