Zoya Aktar, director of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is all set for her upcoming film Dil Dhadakne Do which is based on a relationship between a brother and sister.

The film which revolves around a dysfunctional Punjabi family on a cruise trip is said to release on June 5, 2015.

However she is yet to finalize the star-cast for her film since leading stars have been dropping out of the project

Earlier the cast consisted Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the leading roles.

The Kapoor cousins were supposed to play the brother-sister duo. However due to Ranbir's dates' issues, he is replaced by the Band Baaja Baraat star Ranveer singh, who will play the role opposite Katrina Kaif.

He is quiet excited about this project and was looking forward to work with Kareena Kapoor. Recently Kareena Kapoor Khan backed out from this project as she was keen to do the film based on brother-sister duo with her cousin Ranbir Kapoor.

This wont be the first time Ranveer's dream of working with Kareena will be crushed as she had opted out his movie "Ram Leela" earlier and causing  Deepika Padukone stepped in.

Priyanka Chopra, will now play the brother-sister duo in the movie with Ranveer Singh. An odd casting as she stars opposite Ranveer as his sweetheart in their latest movie "Gunday". She is the resident heroine in Farhan Aktar's prodution of Don series.

Yet this didn't prevent PC to be excited about the project.
