The Jolie-Pitt clan is already six strong. But on her trip to Syria as UN ambassador, Angelina Jolie met with three refugee boys and was interested in adopting them all.

The couple already has three adopted kids, Maddox from Cambodia, Zahara from Ethiopia and Pax from Vietnam. They have three biological kids Shiloh and twins Vivienne and Knox.

Angelina decided to extend her family when she met these siblings on her trip to the war-torn country. They were brothers and the middle child could speak a little English.

"Angelina was heartbroken to learn the three of them had seen their father taken away by Syrian soldiers, and their home was also bombed. And they lost their mother in the bombing," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

Angelina wanted to adopt all three of them. But Brad Pitt put his foot down and then agreed to adopt one.

Given the lengthy process, it could take four to five months before an addition is made to the Jolie-Pitt family.
