Shah Rukh Khan is amazingly quicksilver. Always full of zest, wit and humour. He infuses his inimitable touch to every TV show he is on. This week, he visited the sets of Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh’s TV show Yaaron Ki Baraat with his co-star of three films Anushka Sharma. The two share a terrific chemistry, which inevitably translates into an arresting on-screen chemistry.

Superimpose this chemistry with Sajid  and Riteish’s rip-roaring repartee and you’ve got the hottest ticket on (Zee) TV.

An insider informs, “SRK and Anushka started shooting at 11 pm and went on to shoot till 2.30 am. Like always, SRK was a bundle of boundless energy. He, in fact, asked Sajid to ask him more questions as he was having so much fun on the show. He continued to shoot, regaling everyone. Now it’ll be a two-episode package.”

The pair also sportingly performed a pole dance and grooved twice to Nacho Re Nacho which King Khan found incredibly addictive.

However, the highpoint of the show was when Khan recalled an incredibly funny incident, which occurred almost two decades ago, when he was in London catching a flight at the Heathrow airport when a fan started chasing him. She kept running after the actor who was delayed and caught him right at the gate and handed him a piece of paper for his autograph saying, “I’m your biggest fan, Akshay Kumar.”

Any other actor would have got offended, but SRK took it in good spirit and replied, “Then you must have loved my song, Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast.” To which, the deluded fan replied yes. Khan signed the autograph as ‘With love from Akshay Kumar’ and caught his flight.

This anecdote had everyone on the sets breaking into peels of laughter.
