Vishal Singh replaces Karan Mehra as the new Naitik on 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlaata Hai'

Karan Mehra who rose to fame as Naitik in the popular hit TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai decided to opt out of the show. Sources say that he opted out because he was not comfortable playing an old man post the time leap.

Now, Vishal Singh has replaced him as the new Naitik on the show. Vishal is famous for his other TV appearances and was one of the iconic characters in Dekh Bhai Dekh.

TOI reports, "Vishal had been approached for the role some time ago, but nothing was finalised then because the production house was still pursuing the original Naitik, Karan Mehra, to return to the show."

But Vishal is still tight lipped about the development. The portal tried to coax him but he refused to confirm the offer. Lets see what happens next!
