Vinod Khanna's funeral: Amitabh Bachchan bids farewell to his on-screen brother

Vinod Khanna passed away this morning and the news of his death has shocked the entire nation. The veteran star has been taken to the Worli crematorium for his funeral.

The last rites are being performed right now. Amitabh Bachchan has already reached the venue and paid his last respect to his Amar Akbar Anthony co-star. Amitabh Bachchan and Vinod Khanna's friendship goes back decades. 

Vinod and Big B have been part of several films together - Parvarish, Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Hera Pheri and Amar Akbar Anthony - to name a few. The actors have always been cordial with each other and today, with Vinod ji passing away, Big B has lost yet another friend.

The moment he heard the news, he left all his work commitments and rushed to the hospital to be with his family. Now, when the funeral is happening at the crematorium, Big B was one of the first few to arrive to pay his homage to his old friend and on-screen brother.
