Troubles seem to not end for Salman Khan. After the continuous legal battle he's been fighting for years now, his 'Veer' producer Vijay Galani has only added to the actor's misery. The producer has filed a defamation suit against the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star for causing him 'mental agony and harassment'.

When Galani produced 'Veer', he had already paid Salman Rs 10 crore as the signing amount and also promised him another Rs 15 crore from the overflow, only if the film did well at the box office. Unfortunately, the film tanked at the box office and three months later, Galani was at the receiving end of things as Salman's team had sent him a legal notice, asking for the remaining Rs 15 crore for the actor.

Galani also revealed that since Suryawanshi, Salman and he had been really close buddies and although he had approached the actor for a different film, Khan asked him to make Veer instead, which was written by the actor himself. After the film's failure too, Galani maintains that Salman and he even met socially and were friends until this incident happened.

When Galani refused to pay him the sum, Salman complained to CINTAA and wrote to the FWICE, following which they issued a non-cooperation to Galani. But it was deemed invalid when Galani produced the legal documents. Salman's claims were proved to be baseless and the court decided in Galani's favour. Now, the producer has decided to make Salman pay for all the years he's missed and has sued him for a whopping Rs 250 crore.

Currently, Galani is producing another film starring Girish Taurani but for the leads in the case, wathc this space for more...
