Tom Hiddleston's 'The Night Manager' may get second season

Second spell for "The Night Manager", starring Tom Hiddelston in the main lead, may be in works.

Director of the British TV drama, Susanne Bier says the show could be returning for another season, reported FemaleFirst.

"We all very much want to do a season two, but the thing we absolutely do not want is to do something that does not live up to the level of season one. That would be a really bad idea," says Bier.

The award-winning miniseries, based on John le Carre's novel of the same name, also starred Hugh Laurie, Olivia Colman and Tom Hollander, among others.

The first season finale of the show aired on March 27, 2016.
