Tamil superstar Vikram's daughter to be engaged to Karunanidhi's great grandson!

Looks like top South actor Chiyaan Vikram (who by the way does not look like a 50-year-old) is all set to become relatives with DMK Chief M Karunanidhi. 

Yes, Vikram's duaghter Akshita is all set to get engaged to Karunanidhi's great grandson, Manu Ranjith, according to the reports doing rounds. Manu's maternal grandfather is MK Muthu, who is Karunanidhi's son. Muthu used to be an actor and a singer in the 70s. 

The ring ceremony will reportedly take place on July 10. Vikram who is currently busy shooting Iru Mugan's action film, will take a short break from his tight schedule for his daughter's engagement ceremony. 

The engagement will be a private affairs and will be attended only by family and close friends. Manu and Akshita's wedding will only take place in 2017.
