Sunny Leone sizzles in Ragini MMS 2 trailer

After putting out a teaser in September last, Balaji Motion Pictures has finally released the first official trailer of their much-hyped horror film ‘Ragini MMS 2’ starring sex siren Sunny Leone. 

Sequel to the successful 2011 release ‘Ragini MMS’, the film is touted to be scarier and hotter.

While the prequel revolved around a young couple whose dirty weekend turns into a nightmare after they end up in a haunted house, ‘Ragini MMS 2’ takes off from there. 

The official trailer starts with a voiceover laying out the premise of the film. The couple's story and the mysterious disappearance of the boy catches the attention of a filmmaker who chooses it as the subject of his film starring a hot Bollywood actress played by Sunny Leone. 

Intending to be a mix of scary and sexy, the trailer contains all the right elements in place — a haunted house, dark corridors, beautiful and sexy women and plenty of skin show — but fails to stir either of the two emotions in us.

Though Sunny Leone doesn't disappoint when it comes to skin show, her acting skills are still under considerable doubt. 

What could be the saving grace for the film is the presence of actors like Parvin Dabas, Sandhya Mridul, Divya Dutta and Anita Hassandani, but the trailer makes them look like mere props and under-utilised (will have to hold that thought till the film releases, though). 

All in all, the high-on-sex, low-on-horror-trailer seems to be a big let down for those who love the genre.
