"Today" host Savannah Guthrie has returned to her show a week before she was expected to from a three-month maternity leave.

The 45-year-old presenter is back on the NBC morning show after giving birth to her son, Charles "Charley" Max Feldman, reported People magazine.

In a hilarious comeback monologue hinting at the now infamous Oscars mix-up, Guthrie joked, "I'd like to thank the Academy, Hoda, Tamron..." referring to Hoda Kotb and recently departed co-host Tamron Hall.

The host also took to Twitter to say how much she already missed her children.

"Missing my babies already. But excited to see everybody this morning on @TODAYshow," she tweeted, along side a note that read "Dear Vale and Charley, I will see you home for lunch. Love, Mommy."
