Rs 20 crore! That's how much Robot 2 makers have spent on an action scene between Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar

Robot was big. But Robot 2 is expected to be bigger, better and grander. In the truest sense possible. Rajinikanth returns to screen as Chitti whereas this time, it's Akshay Kumar who will seen playing prime antagonist to him in Robot 2. Expectations and anticipation have sky-rocketed and here's an interesting piece of news we have received from the sets.

The film will be made on a huge scale with Hollywood standard stunt sequences and action scenes. As a matter of fact, the makers have spent a bomb in designing the sets of the film. We hear that a new-age-city like set has been built for Akshay and Rajni to shoot an important sequence of the film. 

The second schedule of the film starts from March 2016 and Akshay is expected to join Rajni on the shoot. But guess how much the huge set costs? A whopping Rs 20 crore! The scene to be shot will be a good v/s evil action sequence that will be a major highlight in the film's climax. It will be a mass destruction sequence planned by the director, at par with Hollywood standards. Now that's what you call class!
