Entertainment
Is it about having the last word or having a better word, in this argument?

Hotstar and Netflix India are gaining footing in video streaming business. In the race to gain more subscribers, new promotion tactics are a must. Therefore abandoning the traditional route, Netflix India and Hotstar decided that television entertainment was becoming too mainstream when they engaged in a bit of a tiff over Twitter.
On July 26, Netflix India on Twitter had shared a photoshopped image of a billboard in India, in which cast members of House of Cards were wishing Kevin Spacey on his birthday in true Indian politics style.

As it seems, this was not the first time this format was used. Hotstar had used a similar photograph to announce their show On Air with AIB and promote the comedy collective All India Bakchod (AIB) in 2015. Hotstar wasted no opportunity to point out the resemblance.

That was a declaration of Twitter war, as Netflix India with House of Cards and Hotstar with Game of Thrones memes charged at each other like there would be no tomorrow. The feud ended up making usually bitter Twitterverse a funny place.

Although Hotstar did have the last word, but you have to give it up for the one doing the entertaining!
Awaiting further information from the warzone.
