In a pleasant surprise for comic book fans, the Flash and Cyborg are set to appear alongside each other once again in Zack Snyder's much-awaited Justice League next year.

According to an Independent report, Cyborg will also appear in The Flash solo film.

However, no information about the extent to which Ray Fisher's cybernetic hero will cameo, is revealed yet but it's yet another sign that DC and Warner Bros. are attempting to create a highly integrated cinematic universe, following the lines of Marvel Studios.

The studio was already spotted keen to have characters to pop up in multiple DC films. For instance, Batman and The Flash did a cameo in the recently released Suicide Squad, while Wonder Woman made a semi-brief appearance in Batman v Superman.

The Cyborg solo film is expected to reach cinemas in 2020, while Ezra Miller's The Flash will come in 2018 and is directed by Rick Famuyiwa.
