The actor, who has apparently been approached by a leading denim company to endorse their brand, may design his own range of clothes.

Actor Prateik may be missing in action on the big screen, but if sources close to him are to be believed, the actor is enjoying his time off. He had apparently taken a short break and now that he is back, he has been concentrating on his upcoming projects. Along with films, the actor has also been looking into a few endorsement deals. Prateik has apparently been approached by a couple of brands to endorse their products but he is yet to take a call about which one he would like to pick.

A source reveals that the actor has expressed a keen interest in one particular endorsement deal. “Prateik has been approached by a leading denim brand to be their brand ambassador. While he will be the face of the brand, he will also be giving his inputs, creative as well as otherwise. Prateik believes that just being the face of the brand is not enough, he goes the extra mile to pick and choose products he knows.

The denim brand is apparently Prateik’s favourite and even before the brand approached him, he would swear by their clothes. So for this endorsement deal, Prateik will not only endorse the brand but will also be involved in designing a limited edition line,” the source says.

Reportedly, the actor has been asked to give the denim line a touch of his own personal style which is edgy and experimental. The brand was looking for someone who would have a raw, edgy sex appeal, slightly unconventional from the others and they thought Prateik fits the bill. The source continues, “Prateik has a unique sense of style which is very young and interesting. In the past couple of years he hasn’t hesitated to try new things with fashion. The new line of denim will include interesting patches, scars, tears, funky accessories etc. The final details are still being worked out and the announcement will apparently be made soon.”
