Pop star Cheryl Cole denies pregnancy rumours on Twitter

Cheryl Cole has taken to Twitter to deny rumours that she’s pregnant, after fans read too much into an online conversation the singer had with Coleen Rooney.

After footie ace Wayne’s missus tweeted how much she enjoyed the Girls Aloud concert earlier this week, Cole wrote back saying: “Nice to see you too, you look amazing pregnant.

After eyebrows were raised by Cole’s absence when the rest of the band went out for a post-show party last week, seeing the words “Cheryl Cole” and “pregnant” together set the microblogging site abuzz, forcing the popstar to tweet that she definitely wasn’t expecting, the Mirror reported.

She wrote: “You lot! lmao. I should have known not to say the word on here!! No peeps I’m not “pregnant” lol!! #cuesdodgyphotosandheadlines #prediction”
