Oasis' Liam Gallagher to divorce wife of six years Nicole Appleton

Lead vocalist of 'Oasis' Liam Gallagher has filed for a quickie divorce from wife and 'All Saints' singer Nicole Appleton after six years of marriage.

The couple filed their documents at London's High Court and their divorce hearing is set for today, the Mirror reported.

The couple was reportedly struggling to cope with infidelity rumors that claimed Gallagher had fathered a daughter with an American journalist.

The parents of one son had tied the knot on Valentine's Day after eight years of dating.
