SS Rajamouli has impressed with his magnum opus "Baahubali", which also won the best film honour at the 63rd National Awards on Tuesday, but the filmmaker says he is not keen on directing a Hollywood movie.

The scale and special effects in "Baahubali" were particularly praised as being at par with Hollywood films but Rajamouli says he is more than happy to make films here as of now.

When asked if he is interested in making a Hollywood film after the success of "Baahubali: The Beginning", he said, "I don't think so I would like to."

The movie starred Prabhas Varma, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannah Bhatia.

"I was greatly inspired by the stories told by my grandmother... the stories of history of India and the country's grandness. I didn't know back then that I would be a filmmaker, but yes, the stories stayed with me for long. Right now, I have 'Baahubali:' part two to offer," Rajamouli, 42, said of the film.

"I would like to tell the stories of more kings of India. There are so many of them like Ashoka, Akbar and Maharana Pratap. Their stories are inspiring," he added.
