No, she is not making her debut in a Malayalam film industry with Chunkzz 2: The Conclusion, being directed by Omar Lulu. So, no she won't be coming to India as well.

Mia has earlier confessed that she has no plans to come to India and when Bollywood Life got in touch with her team they denied the reports as well. Bollywood Life revealed that Mia and her team “have had no discussions with anyone” for a project in India at all. That is quite contrary to the reports making the rounds that suggest “Mia will have a character role apart from an item dance” in Chunkzz 2: The Conclusion.
