Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are now husband and wife

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas got married in a Christian wedding ceremony on Saturday. The nuptials took place at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The groom’s father, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., officiated the ceremony, where the couple exchanged wedding bands by famed jeweler Chopard.

Chopra, 36, wore a custom-made Ralph Lauren wedding gown while Jonas wore a formal tux from the same designer. As per a report in People, all the bridesmaids and groomsmen (which included Chopra’s brother Siddharth and Jonas’ three brothers, Joe, Kevin, and Frankie) were also decked in Ralph Lauren. 

Ralph Lauren confirmed the news on Twitter and wrote, "Congratulations to @PriyankaChopra and @NickJonas on the occasion of their wedding. Ralph Lauren is honored to have dressed the couple as well as the members of their wedding party."

A traditional Hindu wedding ceremony is scheduled to follow, tomorrow. PC was always sure that she will have a traditional wedding, somewhere in India

“Priyanka has a huge extended family — her dad’s side being a big Punjabi one and her mom’s from Patna. PC has invited all her relatives to be part of her celebration because that’s how her dad (late Ashok Chopra) would have wanted it. So, for the nuptials, the invites have been strictly restricted to family members, along with a few of her closest friends who may or may not be from the industry,” a source had earlier told DNA AFter Hrs. 

She will wear an Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla creation for the Hindu wedding.
