Nayanthara to star opposite Megastar Chiranjeevi in Telugu remake of 'Kaththi'?

Ever since Megastar Chiranjeevi signed his 151st film, there has been a big buzz in Tollywood. The Telugu star will be seen in the remake of AR Mrugadoss's Tamil film Kaththi. However, it will not be Murugadoss but Tollywood director VV Vinayak who will be directing the Telugu version.

Now, the latest news is that actress Nayanthara is most likely to be signed on for the film. She will play the role essyed by Samantha in the original version.

Nayanthara had a great year in 2015 with three back-to-back hits in Tamil. Her films Maya, Thani Oruvan and Naanum Rowdy Thaan were superhits. All the three films were different genres and Nayanthara excelled in all.

If she signs the film, it will be a big film for her in Tollywood. The actress is also reportedly charging Rs 2.5 crore per film at this point.
