Legendary actress Sridevi was all set to get ready for the dinner date. While she stepped into the bath to meet her husband over two decades and was getting ready to go out on a romantic date with the love of her life, she suffered a cardiac arrest.
“Sri stepped into the bath and was getting ready to step out for dinner when she had a cardiac arrest,” a source revealed to DNA.
Earlier during the week, Sridevi, accompanied by her hubby and younger daughter Khushi headed to Dubai for the wedding of her nephew Mohit Marwah. She packed the best Manish Malhotra outfits and matching jewellery, all set to dazzle at the sangeet and other ceremonies leading up to the marriage. She was seen posing with her family at the wedding all happy and looked every bit of her vibrant, full-of-life usual self. Boney looked happy beside her.

After the wedding, Boney flew back to Mumbai with daughter, Khushi. However, Sridevi decided to stay back in UAE for a couple of days to spend time with a relative.
However, on Saturday at 3.30 pm, IST, Boney took a flight to Dubai to surprise his beloved wife. After reaching hotel, Boney told his wife that they would go for dinner. But, sadly that dinner never happened.
