"Mira Rajput is halfway through her pregnancy," confirms a friend of the couple

After all the rumours doing rounds on social media, a friend of Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput has confirmed to Mumbai Mirror that the couple is expecting theri first child. 

The friend has told the tabloid that Mira, 22, is in her second trimester and is 'halfway through her pregnancy'.

Earlier, there were several reports about Mira being pregnant. The rumours were fuelled when she was present at The Lakme Fashion Week last week for her close friend Masaba Gupta. Mira had posted a picture on Instagram which was shared by Masaba and the caption said "Two M's and a Bum #sayheytobey - little M (sic)."

This set the internet on fire as everyone tried to figure out what 'Little M' meant. 

Shahid and Mira got married last year on July 7.
