A new single from Maroon 5 means that fans of the pop-rock band led by Adam Levine should start freaking out over the possibility of a new album in the waiting. Given the release timing of 'Don't Wanna Know', Maroon 5 seem to be gunning to top the charts this holiday season.

The band released a relaxed, earworm of a song on Wednesday morning (IST). The island vibes of 'Don't Wanna Know' get a cherry-on-top finish when rapper Kendrick Lamar belts out his verse near the end of the song.

These days, collaboration with Kendrick Lamar has given artists like Taylor Swift, Sia, and the queen herself, Beyonce, surefire hits like 'Bad Blood', 'The Greatest', and 'Freedom' respectively. No wonder Maroon 5 want a taste of that success after their last single 'This Summer' from album V failed to make an impact.

The single is out now and fans can stream it on or download it from iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Amazon, and Spotify. You know the usual suspects.
