Malayalam actor Sreejith Ravi detained for allegedly flashing at schoolgirls

Malayalam actor Sreejith Ravi was taken into custody on Thursday by Ottapalam police after a complaint was filed against him that he allegedly flashed at some schoolchildren. Sreejith is the son of popular Malayalam actor TG Ravi. 

According to the complaint filed on August 27, an unidentified man in a car reportedly flashed his private parts to a group of school girls. The girls noted down the car number, and during investigation it was found that the car reportedly belonged to Sreejith.

Speaking to Manorama Online, Sreejith denied all such allegations. He told the portal that the girls have mistakenly noted down the car's number. "If I committed the offense, the students would have told the police my name. I think children recognised me," he told Manorama Online.
