Actor Sivakarthikeyan's latest film Rajini Murugan, a Pongal superhit, has a song with the line 'Ennama Ippadi Panreegalkey Ma', a catchphrase actress and TV host Lakshmy Ramakrishnan uses on her popular TV show Solvathellam Unmai and the actress isn't too happy with the turn of events. Ramakrishnan has hosted over 700 episodes of Solvathellam Unmai that airs on Zee Thamizh.
In 2015, dna had reported that Ramakrishnan was upset when she was spoofed on a popular TV programme on another channel. Her line 'Ennama Ippadi Panreegalkey Ma' became popular after the spoof aired.
Now, unhappy with the line being used in a song in Rajini Murugan the actress has tweeted her displeasure with Sivakarthikeyan and what he said on a show on Zee Thamizh. She stated that Sivakarthikeyan was arrogant when responding to why they used the line and made it a song rather than talk about it in a light-hearted way.
The actress also said that instead of giving due credit to the show which is the original, Sivakarthikeyan gave credit to the spoof.
.@Siva_Kartikeyan said on zee tamil chat the credit for 'ennama' song goes to the spoof not to the original! As if it is some great work?!

.@Siva_Kartikeyan Spoof crossed the limits and hurt me so badly. You use it for commercial purpose and credit the people who mocked me?!

If he gave credit to original I would claim rights & ask for money?! Don't worry @Siva_Kartikeyan I have better things to do...

I hope 'Ennamma' chapter is closed with this... I mean I should close it! Not worthy anymore time https://t.co/vojrRfSYga
