Karan Kundra SLAPS Roadies contestant: Is it for real or just a publicity stunt?

Roadies is all set to return on TV with its new season. Titled Roadies Rising, it will yet again see Karan Kundra back as one of the judges. But the usually smiling and happy TV star has gone for a huge character change this season.

Reportedly, Karan got aggressive with two contestants on the show during the auditions. While it's common knowledge that Raghu Ram and Rajeev used to humiliate the contestants during their auditions, this time, Karan went a little too far. 

Karan went up and slapped one of the participants on national television. Not just that, he even got into a fist fight with another contestant who he pushed out of the venue. So much aggression for what? Mere TRPs?

While Karan is making it all seem like he's setting a huge example, we beg to differ. Going by the history of the show, the dipping TRPs must have propelled the makers to take such a drastic step, to rake in more controversies and grab eyeballs. Otherwise, why did Karan suddenly have a change of mind and a rude makeover this season? Is it for real or just another publicity gimmick? Your guess is as good as ours!
