Justin Bieber sells his religious painting to raise funds for victims of California wildfires

Singer Justin Bieber is auctioning a painting he made to raise funds for the people affected by the recent wildfires in California.

The 23-year old singer shared a photo of his painting, which sees the cross rising in an overcast sky, on Instagram saying that he is selling his painting to raise money.

"Selling this painting I did called 'Calvary'. All proceeds go to wildfires in CA (sic)," he posted.

The Thomas Fire, which is raging on, has destroyed many houses and business in Southern California and has led to many people fleeing to safer places.

On the personal front, Bieber is back with Selena Gomez. But all is not well in their relationship paradise. According to Hollywoodlife, as a therapy process, Bieber is making amends with things in his past. As a result, he called his ex-girlfriend, supermodel Hailey Baldwin. The move didn't go well with Gomez. 

Apart from the issue between the couple, the website also reported that Gomez's mother Mandy Teefey is not very happy with her daughter's decision of reconciling with her ex-flame.

That negative vibe in Gomez household upset the 'Wolves' singer. "She just wishes Mandy would trust her judgement and give him a break. She’s upset, but totally not phased by her family’s disapproval though, if anything it makes her all the more determined to make it work out with Justin to prove them wrong. Selena can be stubborn as a mule, but also, she’s 25-years old, and she believes she knows what’s best for, better than her family. Justin makes Selena happy, he’s the love of her life, and there’s no way she’s going to walk away from their one last shot at love just to appease her mother,” Hollywoodlife quoted a source close to Gomez.
