The makers of Jolly LLB 2 have finally unveiled the trailer of the flick and it's goofy and interesting at the same time. Jolly LLB 2 is the sequel to the 2013 Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani starrer Jolly LLB

The sequel has Akshay Kumar playing a lawyer for the first time in his 25 year long career and how! The trailer of Jolly LLB 2 begins by introducing us to a clumsy, not-so-serious lawyer, Jagdishwar Mishra, who moves to Lucknow from Kanpur to make it big.Jolly is a schemer as well as a dreamer. He asks questions like, "Kya aap bata sakte hain ke Salman Khan ki shaadi Kab hogi" in the courtroom. Jolly has great expectations and even greater plans for himself and how his life would be in future. He's confident that a day will come when he'll roam around with his girlfriend and would-be-wife Pushpa (played by Huma Qureshi) in a Rolls Royce.

Through the glimpses that we see in the trailer, it's evident that Jolly can go to any extent to win a case. He affirms that, "A good lawyer never returns the fee". He doesn't even shy away from pouncing in front of the judge and shamelessly admitting that he's got a customer after many days and he doesn't want to return the fee.

Jolly can't stand insults, so much so, that he doesn't think twice before slapping his colleague (Annu Kapoor) in the court. The fun filled first half of the trailer takes a serious turn when Jolly is faced with a murder case and is questioned if he can get justice for the deceased person's family. Jolly decides to fight against all odds, with the corrupt and the powerful even if he has to resort to means like pulling off a Nirupa Roy in the middle of court proceedings.

Inspired by true events, much like Jolly LLB, Jolly LLB 2 looks interesting and quite promising. The biggest highlight of the trailer is the quick witted and hard hitting dialogues. Be it Saurabh Shukla or Annu Kapoor, it's the dialogues that keep you glued to the screen. The movie attempts to act like a satirical prism through which one can look at the society at large.

Will Jolly be successful in his attempts to get justice? We'll have to wait till February 10 to find out the answer.
