Model-actor turned chef Aditya Bal says he would not turn back to his previous career and will instead continue his culinary journey as he loves his current profession.

"I love cooking. It is my life. I was doing movies but I realised it wasn't me. I discovered that my talent was cooking. When I knew that I had that talent.. I shifted, I moved to Goa," said Aditya, who has shared ramp with the likes of John Abraham.

Aditya, who has spent almost half a decade as a chef, added, "I will be cooking. It is a very natural change for me from modelling to being a chef. It (cooking) is the talent that I have. I have understanding of it, and I feel very good about working with the talent which is in hand. It gives me great control. I like to feed people," he said.

Aditya recently joined hands with a Goa-based NGO 'Goa Forgiving' to host a unique show 'Taste of Goa' which will host celebrity chefs here in January 2015.

The chef said he shifted to Goa as it is the place which offered him work. "It was the only place that could give me work. I have not done a formal course in catering. The only reason why I came to Goa was work," he conceded.

He said after his shift to cooking, his family was very happy. "My family was very happy because I feed them all the time. I feel blessed because I feed people," he said.
