It's Hrithik Roshan's 'Mohenjo Daro' VS Akshay Kumar's 'Rustom' once again!

It was a titanic clash at the box office this August 12 as Hrithik Roshan's Mohenjo Daro and Akshay Kumar's Rustom hit the silver screens together. While, even before the release of the two films, a number of tinsel town celebs had come out in support of Rustom right from Ranveer Singh to Sonam Kapoor, whereas Mohenjo Daro didn't gather as much support from the industry. While Rustom went on to become a massive hit, Mohenjo Daro became one of the biggest flops in Hrithik's career.

Now, the two movies have clashed once again, this time on the small screen. Yes! That's right. Keeping up with the festive spirit, two popular Television channels decided to premiere the two movies on Sunday, October 9. While Akshay Kumar's Rustom saw its premiere on Zee TV, Hrithik's Mohenjo Daro has being aired on Star Gold. What's interesting is, both the movies are being shown at the same time, i.e., from 1 pm onwards.

The fate of the two movies at the ticket windows already spoke volumes about who won the box office battle. While Rustom entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club, Mohenjo Daro proved to be a failure at the BO. With both the movies being shown at the same time slot on TV, this time, it's a clash for the TRPs.
