Ishqiya again! The franchise returns soon, Arshad Warsi confirms

Director Abhishek Chaubey has finally found a script for Ishqiya 3. This means Babban (Arshad Warsi) and Khalujaan (Naseeruddin Shah)will return for some more quirky action.

Arshad confirms the development. “Yes, we are in talks. Hopefully, Ishqiya 3 will be happening soon. Sometime next year, maybe.”

And with this, Arshad’s plate will be full with four of his franchise films going on floor in quick succession. Golmaal 4 rolls this December. Total Dhamaal will start in 2017 and then there’s Rajkumar Hirani’s Munnabhai 3. So that makes it four in a row!​
