Is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan MIFFED with Karan Johar for skipping her father's funeral?

If reports doing the rounds are to be believed, then Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who recently lost her father Krishnaraj Rai is might miffed with Karan Johar. The Dharma Productions head recently directed her in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and turns out that he missed Aish's father's funeral last weekend. 

As per an India.com report, a source told them, "Aishwarya and Karan share a very close bond, which is why everyone expected him to be by Aishwarya’s side at the funeral and the prayer meet.”

The reason why Karan chose to skip the do is not known but apparently, the equation between the two turned sour during the release of ADHM. Reportedly, Aish wanted to promote the movie while the leading lady Anushka Sharma was away shooting for Imtiaz Ali's next with Shah Rukh Khan while Johar didn't want her to promote the film single handedly since she just had an extended cameo in the film.
