Washington: Diane Keaton believes Woody Allen, who has been accused of molesting his adopted daughter Dylan Farrow when she was a child, is innocent.

The veteran actress, who had once dated the filmmaker for five years before splitting up amicably, told a UK publication that she doesn't resent the fact that Farrow dragged her into the mess after she honoured Allen at the Golden Globes, TMZ.com reported.

Keaton said that she doesn't mind being villanized by Dylan not even for a second.

She added that even though she couldn't comment further on the sexual abuse case, she still believes her friend Allen.
