Deepika Padukone posted this pic with a post reading, “Hello Delhi #Burberry #BeatingTheChill.” Not only was I floored by Dippy’s unbeatable fashion sense but also was wondering on where I had seen the Burberry coat and Bam! I realised that the same trend was sported by the likes of Hollywood beauties Sarah Jessica Parker and Rosies Hutington- Whitely! 

Just like Dippy’s pic, eh? Allow me to talk about Deepika’s outfit, first. It would be obvious to state that I simply ADORE Dippy’s Burberry poncho, but what the heck… I’ll say it again, I love it! The hem of the same complements the leggy beauty’s physique and when teamed with those black knee length boots, it just makes Dippy queen of all things stylish? I like how the Happy New Year babe has sported the casual wear with a pair of swanky shades and a black bag.

The highlight of the entire outfit though, is Deepika Padukone’s initials on the Burberry poncho, ‘DP.’ Now go back to the pic of Parker and Rosie, can you see their initials SJP and RHW on the ponchos too? This is a classic example of Bollywood going the Hollywood way!

Not only do I find the idea of getting initials inscribed on the Burberry poncho amazing, but I credit Deepika for carrying off the style with such confidence. Do you like it too?
