Daawat-e-Ishq: Parineeti Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapoor to go on food yatra across cities

Taking a different route to promote their upcoming comedy drama Daawat-e-Ishq, lead actors Parineeti Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapoor will be embarking on a road trip to sample food in different cities across the country.

The destinations will include Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Agra, Baroda and Ahmedabad, where the actors will not just try the famous savouries, but will also serve food to people.

Fans can give their food suggestions and recommendations about favourite eateries in their respective cities on social networking sites. Based on this, the actors will choose a place and pay a surprise visit there. 

Apart from social networking sites, the food yatra will also be tracked on the movie's official website dawat-e-ishq.com.

Although the schedule of the cities they will visit is yet to be listed out, the food yatra will kick off on September 12 from Madras Cafe at Matunga Road in Mumbai.

Daawat-e-Ishq, the latest offering by Aditya Chopra, is set against the amalgamation of the two different spicy cultures from Lucknow and Hyderabad. Directed by Habib Faisal, the movie is slated to hit the silver screen on September 19.
