‘Aahan 2017’, the three-day annual festival that is organised by the students of Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal’s Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management is going to be held this year from January 24 to January 27, with participation from over 50 countries.
The festival is known for an assimilation of the otherwise divergent streams of Media, Management, and IT along with other fun elements of sports, gaming, informal as well as performing arts. The Aahan 2017 – Ascend beyond Aspirations has returned – bigger, better and bolder with spectacular events like ‘Night Football’, ‘Console Gaming’, ‘Dance’ and ‘Fashion Show’, among others.

The panelists include Dr Indu Shahani, Principal, HR College; Dr. Norm O’Reilly, Chairman of the Department of Sports Management at Ohio University; Neelay Bhatt, TEDx Speaker, Coach and Sports Consultant; Suresh Lakshminarayanan, CFO at McDonalds India; and Dr Kumar Ketkar, Chief Editor of Dainik Divya (Marathi).
After the first day at the Jamnabai Narsee School ground that will host various sports events, the final two days will test the participants on their media, business, IT, literary as well as performing arts skills.
