After a long gap, actor-cum-producer Dwarakish is back with a bang. His 49th film as a producer, Aatagaara is set to hit silver screen on Friday. In Aatagaara, Chiranjeevi Sarja is the hero while Parul Yadav and Meghana Raj star opposite him.

Aatagaara is directed by KM Chaitanya, who earned name and fame with his maiden directorial venture, Aadinagalu which was based on underworld dons in Bengaluru. Later, Chaitanya handled the megaphone for films such as Suryakanthi and Paraari but unfortunately both the films were crashed at the box-office beyond redemption.

Producer Dwarakish, who burnt his fingers with the failure of film Chaarulatha at the box-office, was not seen for the last two years. Priyamani played the lead role in Chaarulatha that was released in Kannada and Tamil.

Now, Dwarakish has succeeded in getting one of the main theatres – Santosh – on Kempe Gowda Road in Bengaluru for screening of Aatagaara. He believes that Santosh theatre is lucky for him since his films Apthamitra and Vishnuvardhana were released at the same theatre and brought cheers to him as far as the box-office collection was concerned. Now, he expects the same.

Golden Star Ganesh’s 25th film Buguri will make way for Aatagaara at Santosh theatre. Buguri, which was released two weeks ago, is being removed from Santosh due to poor box-office collection.
