Bill Skarsgard to star in Stephen King horror series

"Pennywise" star Bill Skarsgard has been cast as a series regular in Hulu's psychological horror series "Castle Rock".

Skarsgard will play a young man with an unusual legal problem in the project, reported Entertainment Weekly.

Also starring Andre Holland, Sissy Spacek, Melanie Lynskey, and Jane Levy, "Castle Rock" is set in the Stephen King multiverse and promises to tell "an epic saga of darkness and light, played out on a few squares miles of Maine woodland."

Developed by Sam Shaw and Dustin Thomason, the show will begin production later this year.
