Bigg Boss 10: Was Rahul Dev's eviction pre-planned?

Another week has passed and the evictions are in place. Rahul Dev has ben ousted from the house and we are a little surprised. Not that Rahul was one of the toughest contenders for the game, but then again, Rahul enjoys way more popularity than Nitibha Kaul who was nominated along with him.

Right from the beginning, both Nitibha and Rahul have been reprimaded several times for being too sweet and also laidback on the show. With no content, these two have been called as the most boring contestants of the season so far.

But when it came to a fight between Nitibha and Rahul, everyone was shocked to hear that it's Rahul who will be leaving the house. A source close to the production tells us, "The makers are trying to do everything possible to get TRPs because of the dry season so far. Rahul is not giving them any footage whereas for the last two weeks, suddenly Nitibha is in news and talks because of her proximity to Manveer. Now, the makers are concentrating on that even more than the Manu Punjabi - Mona Lisa love angle."
