The Baywatch trailer is out and it has just a blink and miss appearance of Priyanka Chopra...
The clash between Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone's Hollywood debut flicks is among the biggest clashes of movies in 2017. While Priyanka debuts in Hollywood with Baywatch, xXx: Return of Xander Cage marks the debut of Deepika.
Even though both the movies have a different release date, speculations about their respective Hollywood debut clash have been rife. While we were wondering if Priyanka will have an edge over Deepika, as she's already quite well known on the global front, the first trailer of Baywatch which has just dropped, has disappointed PC fans owing to the blink and miss appearance of Priyanka in it.
While the first trailer of xXx 3 featured Deepika for about 17 seconds, the Baywatch trailer 1 has PC just for a single split second. Moreover, Deepika is there in at least 7 scenes the xXx 3 trailer 1 while Priyanka has not even managed a single scene in the first trailer of Baywatch. It is just a single shot of PC which is there in the Baywatch trailer and we wonder why, especially when she plays the baddie in the film.
The media went into such a lot of frenzy when the first xXx 3 trailer released and fans were found complaining about Deepika being there for just 17 seconds. Well, considering that she's a total newbee in the West and has still managed to grab 17 seconds of screen time in the very first trailer of her Hollywood debut film, in comparison to Priyanka who, despite being quite famous owing to her stint in American TV series Quantico, failed to grab a single scene in the trailer of her debut Hollywood movie, it's but evident that Deepika has won the first round of Hollywood debut clash.
Meanwhile, we can't help but hope that the second trailer of Baywatch has more of Victoria Leeds!
