Baap to beta: Anil Kapoor's son Harshvardhan Kapoor to play lead in Mr India sequel!

Mr India had released over 25 years back and is still considered one of the biggest cult classics Bollywood has ever produced. While there were always murmurs of a sequel being planned, now it's official that the makers have finally zeroed in on a script for the same. And guess who will be stepping into Anil Kapoor's shoes for the sequel? His beta, Harshvardhan Kapoor! 

Harsh is all set to make his star studded debut in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's big ticket film Mirziya and the promos which were unveiled a few weeks back brought him a lot of appreciation as well. Also, there was news that Harsh has been roped in by Phantom to replace Sidharth Malhotra in the superhero flick Bhavesh Joshi. But now, it seems that Harsh will do an Anil Kapoor act and play the hero in Mr India 2. 

This will be his first film with his family production (Boney Kapoor's production). also, along with this, we hear that Anil Kapoor and Sridevi too will be a part of the project. Now, all needs to be seen is how and when the makers plan to announce it officially.
