Arms Act Case: Jodhpur court rejects Salman Khan's plea of witness re-examination

The blackbuck case was registered by forest officials on October 15, 1998 under Arms Act as the licenses of his weapons were found to have been expired.

For actor Salman Khan, another jolt came on Thursday when a Jodhpur court rejected his plea for witness re-examination in the case against him under Arms Act in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case.

Salman Khan pleaded 'not guilty' before the court on April 29, 2015. He had filed for re-examination of five witnesses in the case. The incident took place when Soorajj Barjatiya's film HUm Saath Saath Hain was being shot.
