Anas Rashid takes his onscreen parents to his house near Karnal

After wrapping up his shoot for Diya Aur Baati Hum which is currently being shot in Karnal, Haryana, Anas Rashid aka Sooraj, took his onscreen parents to his house. A source says that Anas’ hometown is Mulerkotla which is near Karnal.  Says a source, “Since he was there, Anas decided to visit his hometown and also invited his Bhabasa (Ashok Lokhande) and Bhabho (Neelu Waghela) to his house for dinner.” Avers Neelu, “It was sweet to him to invite us.

He has a huge three-floor bungalow and his family including his parents and sisters were so warm and welcoming. We were tired after the day’s shoot, but after meeting them we felt refreshed.” She adds that the family was surprised to see her laughing because “onscreen you hardly see me smile”.  She also regrets not spending enough time with them as they had to catch a flight next morning to Mumbai. No, he did not invite his onscreen wife Sandhya (Deepika Singh) to his house. “Since his shoot wrapped up in five days, he was flying back to Mumbai. Deepika, however, is still there as her IPS training track is going on,” says the source. Who knows he may take her to his house  next!
