Ali Baldiwala to design Sonam Kapoor's vanity van?

Ali Baldiwala, who essayed the role of a hijacker in Sonam Kapoor's latest release, revealed that while they were shooting he mentioned to the actress that he's an interior designer. "Sonam was quite surprised, saw some of my work, and asked me if I could help her with her vanity van! She asked me how her van looked and I explained to her that for her stature and the fashionista that she is she needs to really get it spruced up with wallpapers and some Venetian mirrors and a look that feels like home. We have discussed designs and the process is going on. I hope something works out soon!"

Ali adds that Sonam likes classic Venetian designs. "She's all about glamour and deserves nothing less than a glamorous place for her to doll up for her shoots! She doesn't like contemporary designs. Sonam kept saying she wants it very pretty with a feel-good factor. Sitting in the van full time can get boring and I wanted her to feel at home when she is in it! So the plan is to have two areas to serve different purposes, personal area and one for her meetings and stuff."

Sonam adviced Ali to not leave interior designing even as he pursues acting and to do both simultaneously.
