Akshay Kumar BREAKS SILENCE on Airlift being ignored at Awards functions this year!

When a certain popular awards team mentioned their nominations, there was huge uproar on social media. Akshay Kumar and Airlift were completely ignored and no mention of the two could be seen anywhere throughout the nominations. 

Kareena Kapoor Khan on Koffee with Karan had said that Akshay gave him one advice - to believe in rewards and not awards. When Akshay was asked the same, he said, "She said that? I thought it was a secret.I told her to never say about it. I have to have her word with her.I just said ‘keep on working, don’t think so much. If you don’t get any award, just think that you’ve got the reward and carry on’."

But tell him about the blatant ignorance that team Airlift faced at a recent Awards function and he retorts back in his own inimitable style. "That’s okay because maybe I don’t deserve it. There are many people who have done much better so they get it," he said.
